We help investors, asset managers, advisors, and other private markets professionals track fund launches, portfolio activity, performance, capital flows, fees/expenses, and key developments across the evergreen fund universe.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the social media and marketing efforts of both SecondaryLink and EvergreenLink. This is a hybrid social media and marketing role, ideal for someone who is extremely high energy, highly organized, creative, intellectually curious, and excited to learn about private markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with reporters and report directly to the Editor and Head of the News team. This person will help ensure that SecondaryLink and EvergreenLink articles, campaigns, and market updates are published quickly, accurately, and professionally across LinkedIn, X, and other channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post SecondaryLink and EvergreenLink articles on LinkedIn and X.
- Refine short-form posts to accompany news articles, market updates, campaigns, and recurring content series.
- Create graphics and visual assets for news articles and social media posts using tools such as Canva, Adobe tools, and Figma.
- Support social media campaigns and content series across both platforms.
- Track jobs, hires, promotions, and team changes across the secondary market and evergreen fund universe.
- Monitor LinkedIn, X, company websites, newsletters, press releases, and other public sources for relevant updates.
- Help maintain organized content calendars, campaign trackers, and internal workflows in Coda.
- Work closely with the news team to ensure posts are timely, accurate, on-brand, and aligned with editorial priorities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, journalism, content, or a related role.
- Proficient in LinkedIn and X, with an understanding of how professional audiences engage with news and market updates.
- Experience creating graphics, social media visuals, or marketing assets using Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong writing ability, with the ability to produce clear, polished short-form copy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- High energy, intellectually curious, and eager to learn about private markets, the secondary market, and evergreen funds.
- Comfortable working in Coda or similar workflow, project management, or content calendar tools.
- Able to work full-time and in-office, Monday to Friday, at our downtown Toronto office.

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
