About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behaviour Analyst (BCBA/RBA) who is approved to provide services under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP).
This role involves leading and overseeing ABA services for children, youth, and families across multiple service areas, including Brampton, Mississauga, Peterborough, and London. Services are delivered in-home, in the community, and virtually.
We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, demonstrates clinical excellence, and is passionate about empowering families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans aligned with OAP goals and funding guidelines
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to ITs/behaviour therapists
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming using data-driven decision making
- Complete all required OAP documentation, reports, and goal updates
- Collaborate closely with families to identify priorities and support progress
- Train and coach caregivers and team members on intervention strategies
- Deliver services across home, community, and virtual settings
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and OAP requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Behaviour Analyst or equivalent
- Registered as a Clinical Supervisor / Behaviour Analyst with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) (required)
- Strong experience in ABA program design, supervision, and data analysis
- Familiarity with OAP processes, funding models, and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple regions
- Passion for supporting families and navigating complex cases
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience with OAP Core Clinical Services or Entry to School programs
- Previous supervision of ITs or behaviour therapists
- Training in crisis management (CPI, Safety Care, etc.)
