Painter / Painter Helper

Are you hardworking, reliable, and take pride in doing quality work? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. We complete a mix of residential and commercial interior and exterior painting projects throughout Victoria and the surrounding area.
Experience is an asset, but it is not required — we are happy to train the right candidate who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and is eager to learn.
About the Role
As a Painter with us, you will work on a variety of projects including:
- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Commercial painting projects
- Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, filling, caulking, masking, and priming
- Rolling, brushing, and spraying paint and finishes
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Interacting professionally with clients and representing the company positively
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Is physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and working on their feet
- Has a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Is comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Has painting experience (preferred but not required)
- Is willing to learn and follow directions
Experience Considered an Asset:
- Residential or commercial painting experience
- Experience using sprayers
- Knowledge of prep work and finishing techniques
- Experience working at heights or on ladders
- Construction or labour background

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
