Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking food items according to restaurant standards, ensuring high-quality meal service for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items with attention to quality, consistency, and timely delivery
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are maintained
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food preparation, and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
