Our client has a beautiful boutique resort property north of Montreal, requires an experienced Head Receptionist/Front Office Manager. Client prefers an upcoming candidate with Front Office and Guest Services experience to oversee overall operations of the front desk. This person will report to the Resort General Manager and must be fully bilingual
The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, decision-making, and organizational skills. Looking for a hands-on leader who can both supervise employees and provide superior customer service to resort guests.
This position comes with an annual salary or the right individual, a bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.
