Want to help build an in-house Engineering team from the ground up — with a clear path to leading it? We're recruiting an Electrical Engineer for a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer of polyurethane foam and fiber-based products, serving industries from residential furniture to healthcare to sustainable flooring.
You'll own electrical design across capital projects, automation, and process improvements — from PLC programming and Wonderware changes to troubleshooting and reducing downtime on the plant floor. This is a hands-on role with real growth potential for someone ready to make their mark.
⚡ 3+ years electrical engineering experience (foam manufacturing/fabrication an asset)
⚡ PLC programming, CIM, and AutoCAD experience
⚡ Wonderware experience a plus
⚡ Up to $105K + RRSP match + full health, dental & vision
⚡ Clear path to lead the Electrical Engineering department
