The successful candidate must:
- Have at least 1-year experience working in the childcare setting
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Possess excellent behavior management skills that include problem solving, positive reinforcement and redirection strategies.
- Show warmth and sincerity when working with children.
- Be the recipient of a valid first aid/CPR certificate.
- Have a current health assessment, including TB test.
- Be in possession of a current Criminal Reference Check.
