We're looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker or skilled Finish Carpenter who takes pride in producing exceptional work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Position Summary
As part of our production team, you will fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for a wide variety of commercial and custom projects. Working from shop drawings and specifications, you'll produce high-quality work while maintaining our standards for craftsmanship, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinetry and architectural millwork.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Work with hardwoods, plywood, laminates, solid surfaces, and other specialty materials.
- Build laminate components and countertops.
- Ensure completed work meets Skyline's quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cabinet making, millwork, or carpentry.
- Cabinet making, millwork, or carpentry experience is required.
- Applicants with a strong carpentry background, particularly in finish carpentry, are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with custom millwork or architectural millwork is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with laminate applications and countertop fabrication is an asset.
- Comfortable operating woodworking machinery and a variety of woodworking tools.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to continue learning.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel when required.
