We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team in the capacity of urban planner / land development specialist.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in planning or related professional disciplines.
- Experience in private land use consulting or public service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Famillier with the manicipality's land use policies.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze for land use development projects.
- Communicate with the clients to provide development advice.
- Write application reports and prepare presentations.
- Coordinate with city planners, administrations, and councils through the application process.
- Lead or coordinate public engagement events.
- Maintain updated knowledge about land use policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
