KTH Shelburne Mfg is a Tier One supplier of welded automotive components/ parts and is accepting applications for an experienced electrician to join our team as a Maintenance Group Leader working rotational shifts.
Job Duties:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all assigned machinery/ equipment and check equipment for wear and possible down time to prevent major problems and emergency shutdowns
- Troubleshooting equipment, which can include but is not limited to Robotics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and PLC’s
- Daily checks for safety issues and countermeasures
- Responsible for tracking completion of all safety work orders within 5 working days of submission
- Supervise Associates on shift and maintain communication between Maintenance Associates
- Complete daily Group Leader report and forward information to Associates
- Other duties as business needs require
What We Look For:
- Licensed trades-person (Ticketed electrician with 442A or 309A, or a 433A Millwright with an electrical aptitude)
- 1-2 years of direct responsibility for supervision within a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience working in an automotive or equivalent industry experience working with Fanuc is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience working with robots and highly automated equipment
- Excellent time and Project Management skills
- Must be able to travel nationally as well as internationally with a valid passport
- Must be willing to work Overtime when required
