Delivery Driver / Customer Service / Warehouse Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Republica Coffee Roasters is looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to join our team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering freshly roasted coffee to our customers, picking up coffee and supplies, assisting with warehouse duties, and providing excellent customer service.
Schedule
- Full-time or Part-time
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible start times depending on the daily delivery schedule

- Nissan NV200 Cargo Van
Responsibilities
- Deliver coffee and other products to customer locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Pick up supplies, goods, and packages from vendors and suppliers.
- Load and unload products (must be able to lift and carry heavy boxes of coffee).
- Collect payments for unpaid invoices when required.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including packing coffee, organizing inventory, and preparing customer orders.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and inventory counts.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing Republica Coffee Roasters.
- Follow delivery routes efficiently while complying with parking regulations and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in delivery driving, customer service, warehouse work, or a related field is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving both a passenger vehicle and a cargo van.
- Physically able to lift and carry heavy loads throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, and deadline-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle parking and delivery challenges in busy areas.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
