Position: Lubrication System Fabrication and Testing Technician - LEVEL 1 or 2

Required Education and Experience:
Secondary School Diploma at Minimum. College or University Diploma is definitely an asset.
This role consists of progressive levels, commensurate with a proven combination of education, training, and experience that delivers competency on the job. Three levels of competency are identified:
Level 1 – Competent to complete 50% or less of the job duties unsupervised,
Level 2 – Competent to complete 50-100% of the job duties unsupervised,
Level 3 – competent with 100% of the job duties can train other employees in each.
THIS JOB POSTING PREFERS AN EXPERIENCED LEVEL 2 CANDIDATE, BUT ENTRY LEVEL 1 CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED. PAY WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE AND APPLICABLE JOB LEVEL.
Job Duties:
· Assemble, configure, and integrate mechanical and electrical lubrication system components for automatic greasing equipment using engineering drawings, technical specifications and procedures.
· Perform functional, pressure, and electrical testing of assembled systems to ensure compliance with operational and safety performance standards.
· Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, pressure gauges, and electrical testing devices.
· Configure and test pneumatic, hydraulic, and modular pump systems, including grease manifolds, injectors, and progressive valve systems.
· Assemble and test electrical components including wiring harnesses, control timers, sensors, and motor systems.
· Utilize specialized testing fixtures for pump alignment, flow rate measurement, leak detection, and system calibration.
· Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to ensure accurate system assembly and performance validation.
· Customize lubrication line configurations and system layouts based on specific equipment or vehicle requirements.
· Maintain documentation of production data in internal systems.
· Pick parts as required from inventory to complete the above duties, package finished pump systems for shipping, use forklift or other material handling devices if needed.
· Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and technical procedures during fabrication and testing processes.
· Use Email and verbal communication in English as primary language of business.
· Other duties as assigned
Pay range: $21.00 - $25.00 commensurate with experience and job level (1 or 2) at hire.
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
