What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Portfolio Management, this role is responsible for leading projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are delivered and aligned to business needs.
Lead project delivery from start to finish, working with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and outcomes
Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resourcing, and risks
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path
Coordinate across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep work moving forward
Work in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment, collaborating with Business Analysts, developers, and subject matter experts
Support discussions to clarify business needs and ensure solutions align with intended outcomes
Monitor progress and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels
Facilitate project meetings and ensure issues are raised and addressed in a timely way
Ensure documentation reflects the current state of delivery
Align project work to corporate priorities and strategic objectives
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A diploma in Business Administration or a related field, along with 5 years' experience in project delivery
- Completion of, or progress toward, a Project Management Certificate
- Strong understanding of project management practices and delivery approaches (Agile or hybrid is an asset)
- Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify needs, resolve issues, and drive decisions
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
- Experience with project tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, or similar) is an asset
