Who We Are
Prepr is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to lifelong learning — equipping people with the skills and support they need to reach their full potential. Through a learn-by-doing approach, Prepr develops and delivers pre-built labs and customized programs that empower learners at every level.
For over a decade, Prepr has partnered with businesses, NGOs, governments, and other stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes for recent graduates, job seekers, and employees. We offer tailored programming that helps organizations close skills gaps, build workforce capacity, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Development Representative to lead outbound business development efforts, generate qualified pipeline, and forge lasting partnerships with employers and industry clients. This role sits at the intersection of sales, workforce solutions, and relationship management — and is central to Prepr's growth.
The right candidate brings proven outbound sales experience, strong pipeline discipline, and a genuine interest in workforce development. You'll open doors with decision-makers, align Prepr's solutions to real employer needs, and play a direct role in expanding our reach and impact.
