Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Care Team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for incoming inquiries while providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the office and management team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position involves handling phone calls and emails, assisting with customer requests, and supporting internal team members with daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with general inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups
- Support managers and internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate and relay information between customers, technicians, and office staff
- Maintain accurate records of communications and service requests
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a positive client experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Customer service experience is an asset
