We're looking for an outgoing, organized, and professional individual who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
As a FSBO Listing Coordinator, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property using our services. This is a consultative role, not high-pressure sales. Your job is to educate homeowners about our services, answer questions, gather property information, input listing data, and ensure they have a smooth experience.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at their property
- Explain our FSBO listing services and answer client questions
- Guide clients through required documentation
- Collect property details, photos, and relevant information
- Enter client and property information into company systems
- Coordinate with the brokerage team to ensure listings are processed accurately
- Follow up with clients throughout the listing process
- Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable meeting clients one-on-one
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with solid computer skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a schedule
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Prior experience in administrative roles within real estate, property management, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in marketing strategies specific to real estate or property promotion is advantageous
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for client interactions
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (welcome but not required)
- Unlicensed candidates with strong customer service or consultative sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply. We are willing to train the right person.
Compensation:
- This is an independent contractor position. Compensation will be paid on a per task basis.
