How will you contribute?
You will be responsible for developing software solutions and integrating commercial off-the-shelf systems in alignment with industry best practices.
As a full-stack developer, you will actively contribute to the planning, design, and development of agile projects. Additionally, you will ensure the ongoing support and maintenance of these systems while regularly reporting project progress to a Technical Team Lead.

Prerequisites
- College diploma or university degree in Information Technology and/or Information Management, OR an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience;
- Experience in the information technology field;
- Experience in programming, analysis, and infrastructure for developing, integrating, and maintaining business applications;
- Experience providing technical advice and recommendations for application implementation;
- Experience preparing detailed IT project plans;
- Experience developing business applications using Microsoft .NET (C#) and Microsoft SQL Server;
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices;
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies;
- Basic understanding of secure development best practices;
- Awareness of emerging technologies and industry standards.
Assets
- Experience leading small IT project teams in delivering business applications.
- Experience mentoring programmers and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: .NET Core, Azure DevOps, Razor/Blazor, C#, SharePoint.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 or later).
- Experience with web content management systems (CMS) such as Umbraco, Drupal, or others.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS.
