Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Execute body waxing services with precision and care.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and client preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to offer the best services possible.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and sanitation practices.
- Experience in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for upselling services and products.
- A passion for customer service and creating positive client experiences is essential.
