We are seeking a highly organized, responsible proactive Invoicing & Support Coordinator to join our growing wellness company. This role is central to our daily operations and requires strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and a positive, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices and orders accurately and on time (50-70% of your day)
- Ensure same-day processing, including rush orders
- Coordinate invoicing, payments, and shipping details
- Reconsiliation of credit cards and customer accounts
- Cost analysis of products
- Creating product codes and changing prices in Shopify and Quickbooks
- Assist in sales, order taking
- Answering and responding to customer with phone calls,
- Assist in shipping (picking orders)
- Light production (labelling, filling, etc.)
- Calculate shipping rates and finalize orders
- Act as the link between sales and shipping teams
- Take customer orders by phone and process payments
- Answer phones, assist customers by phone or email and enter data into the CRM
- Order supplies & raw materials for production, keep inventory
- Shedule shifts and prepare payroll for accounting
- Open and close of office
Qualifications:
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Must have experience in QuickBooks and Shopify
- Skilled in accounting, POS systems, CRMs, and Excel
- Familiarity with sales and shipping procedures
- Clear communication skills and a positive disposition
This position is the operational hub of our company. We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented individual with great energy who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong command of the English language, along with invoicing and online shopping system knowledge, is a must-have requirement for this role.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
