- 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in leadership development, professional services, SaaS or people-focused solutions
- Confidence in selling to senior decision-makers and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Experience working with BDRs or SDRs and converting qualified pipeline into closed revenue
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect leadership challenges to measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills
- A self-directed, accountable approach to working in a national, remote-first role
- Experience selling leadership coaching, organizational development or HR-related solutions
- Experience in a scaling or high-growth organization
- Any previous experience in the health tech or EAP space
