Hardy John's Bar & Grill is looking for energetic, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our Front of House team.
Whether you're an experienced server or bartender or someone looking to start a career in hospitality, we'd love to meet you. No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
We're looking for team members who are comfortable working both serving and bartending shifts and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Work both server and bartender shifts
- Help create an outstanding dining experience for every guest
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support teammates during busy periods
- Assist with hosting, food running, and other front-of-house duties during slower shifts
- Follow Smart Serve guidelines and Hardy John's service standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience is an asset
- No experience? We are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to learn both serving and bartending.
- Smart Serve Certification is required.
Restaurant Hours
Sunday – Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM
