Midland Transport is currently seeking an
Integrations Support Lead in
Moncton, NB. The Integrations Lead provides strategic and operational leadership for a team of analysts and integration specialists responsible for enabling and sustaining integrations across the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle. This role ensures the delivery of reliable, scalable technology solutions that support customer and partner operations while reinforcing a Superior Quality service experience.
Accountable for performance against defined key performance indicators, the Lead translates enterprise strategy into measurable outcomes, driving operational excellence, service reliability, and continuous improvement. Through strong people leadership, they coach and mentor the team to align deliverables with industry best practices, customer expectations, and established governance and process standards.
The Integrations Lead serves as a key partner to internal leaders and external stakeholders, providing oversight and direction for the successful delivery of new integrations and the effective resolution of complex support issues across the existing portfolio of customer-facing technologies and integrations.
