Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant female security professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety and security within our premises, utilizing surveillance tools and loss prevention techniques. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in this field.
Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activities or security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security standards are maintained
- Observe and report any unusual behavior or incidents promptly and accurately
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism
- Respond appropriately to security alarms or emergencies, following established protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to resolve issues effectively
Skills
- Previous experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or loss prevention is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during emergencies or high-stress situations
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately
- Reliable, responsible, and discreet with a strong sense of integrity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies
Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour
