SILEX Fiberglass Windows and Doors is looking for a motivated, reliable, and physically capable individual to join our growing production team. No prior experience in window manufacturing is required — full training is provided.
This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple skills, participate in cross-training, and build a long-term career in a stable and expanding company.
Job Type / Category
- Read production paperwork.
- Assembling frames.
- Cutting materials
- Glazing windows
- Pick all material from the Bill of Materials list.
- Apply accessories
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Ability to use hand and power tools (training available)
- Able to read and understand measurements
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing some lifting when needed
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required
