Orillia Sports Medicine is seeking a motivated, performance-focused Rehabilitation Assistant to join our multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic. With over 30 years serving the Simcoe-Muskoka community, we provide an integrated model of care and performance that allows coaches to do meaningful work alongside experienced clinicians.
Our 7,000+ square foot facility brings everything under one roof, including a full clinic, a dedicated bracing and orthotics room, and two separate strength & conditioning training spaces. This setup allows for seamless collaboration between rehab and performance and creates a training environment few facilities can offer.
This is a full-time, permanent role suited to a Rehab Assistant with experience in exercise prescription who values collaboration, professionalism, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Demonstrating and monitoring exercise based rehabilitation programs
- Collaborating with clinical staff on return-to-play, load management, and long-term athlete development
- Contributing ideas and expertise to the evolution of our rehabilitation services.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with exercise demonstration
- PTA/OTA education considered strong asset
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
Position Details
- Full-time, permanent position
- Approximately 35-40 hours per week
- Compensation starting at $18+/hour, with flexibility for the right candidate
