Mowr Landscapes is currently hiring reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourers to join our growing team for the 2026 season. This position involves working alongside experienced foremen on a variety of commercial and residential landscaping and property maintenance projects throughout the Greater Sudbury area.
This is a physically active outdoor position best suited for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for consistent hours with opportunity for long-term and year-round employment.
Job Duties Include:
- Grass cutting and trimming
- Garden maintenance and flower bed weeding
- Tree trimming and pruning
- Litter pick-up and site clean-up
- Lawn regrading and restoration work
- Softscaping and general landscaping projects
- Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting foremen with daily job site tasks
- Maintaining clean and professional job sites
- Working safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physical labour in various weather conditions
- Must have CSA-approved work boots
- Must have a valid G or G2 driver’s licence
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop
