Part and Parcel is looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We focus on seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, and creating great food in a positive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items during service
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the kitchen team wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of line cooking experience
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attitude and a strong team player
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Available to work days, nights, and weekends
Experience in a scratch kitchen or a restaurant focused on local, seasonal food is an asset.
