You LOVE talking to people! You are absolutely committed to providing every guest with amazing service and helping them find solutions for all their pet’s needs. You are dedicated to educating our guests about the four basic needs of their animals and you have a thirst for knowledge that drives you to always learn more about every pet.
You’re not afraid of hard work and love to keep busy, helping the team every day; caring for the animals, helping with merchandising, cleaning; whatever the task, you’re up for the challenge. You play a center-stage role in creating lasting relationships with our guests, causing them to want to return to our stores for all their pet’s needs.
You have a soft heart and adore animals, along with great communication and mentoring skills. Working with the store management team, you’ll enjoy the responsibility of ensuring all of our winged, scaled and fuzzy creatures are cared for according to Petland’s high standards of animal care.
You’ll love talking to guests and showing them everything they’ll need to care for their family pet, helping them to become educated about the four basic needs of every animal. You will thrive on building a successful team. You’ll constantly grow with the ongoing opportunities for education in areas of animal care and good business practices.
