The Role:
We are seeking a reliable, full-time Warehouse Administrator to manage our inventory, coordinate parts, and streamline supply operations. You will support our growing team of Journeyman Electricians and Instrumentation Technicians by ensuring they have the tools, components, and materials needed for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Parts Management: Track, organize, and audit warehouse stock, ensuring accurate documentation of parts and materials.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate with freight carriers, and handle remote location logistics.
- Administrative Support: Process purchase orders, verify bills of lading, and maintain accurate digital records of all warehouse activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and field technicians to anticipate material shortages and minimize project downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment. Complete safety reports and upload for compliance as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or inventory control experience within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate or coordinate forklift operations safely within a warehouse setting.
- Experience in the oil and gas, construction, or electrical/instrumentation industries is a strong asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and support remote operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a safe work ethic.
