Social Worker – Treatment
As a Social Worker at Brainworks, you will play an integral role in both assessment and treatment. Our team is backed by robust clinical, administrative, and IT support—so you can focus on providing meaningful, high-quality care.
What You Bring
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
- Registration in good standing with the OCSWSSW and the Ontario Association of Social Workers
- Experience with brain injury, PTSD, and/or pain management is a strong asset
- A client-centred approach and a passion for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs
- Ongoing commitment to professional development
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Hospital or pediatric experience is considered an asset
- Interest or competency in couples counselling is highly valued
