Primary Purpose of the Position
Operate various machines within the CNC Department
Specific Duties
· Rough, semi-finish and finish mould cores and cavities
· Create required cutter paths for machining
· Operate various controllers and software
· Interpret data for machining and identify potential issues
· Assist in the training of CNC Apprentices
· Adhere to ISO standards with LMS
Required Training, Knowledge and Experience
· CNC Machinist Certificate
· Good knowledge of Work NC and Heidenhein Controllers
· Knowledge of various mould types (Injection, Compression)
· Crane and Forklift training and certification required
* Heidenhain, Fanuc and Work NC experience an asset*

· Adhere to tight tolerances and deadlines
· Fast paced environment
· Work extended hours as required
· Able to follow instruction and work orders
· Rotate shifts as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
