Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Online Accountant to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various financial functions. Responsibilities
- Reconcile numerous amount of data as well as historical data, errors, omissions and matching errors within Quickbook Online
- Manage and maintain company financials using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice entry and payment tracking
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account analysis to verify transaction accuracy
- Support budgeting, auditing, and financial statement preparation activities
- Utilize accounting software Quickbook Online to streamline financial operations
- Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare detailed reports for management review and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to improve accounting processes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Experience
- Proven experience working with QuickBooks Online as an accountant or bookkeeper
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles including corporate finance, auditing, and account reconciliation
- Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Demonstrated ability to perform account analysis, budgeting, and audit support tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
