We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting industrial equipment and structures, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet safety and aesthetic standards. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques, as well as the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Duties
- Apply paint using spray guns to achieve a smooth and even finish
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the painting process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality standards are met
- Be familiar with air assisted airless systems and techniques
- Familiar with programmable mixer.
- Paint Prep. Wash & prep
- Apply bottom & topcoat with no defects of runs
- Our paint is isocyanate-free
- Knowledge of health and safety rules and 5S
Requirements
- Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role is preferred (1 year or more)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery related to the painting process.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
ALL PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO CONDUCT A PAINT TEST AT OUR FACILITY. **
