Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations through accurate picking, shipping, processing returns, coordination with CSR team on e-mail & Microsoft teams and receiving inventory. This role is critical to ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and possess skills in mechanical knowledge, warehouse management systems, and heavy equipment handling. Responsibilities
Picking & Order Fulfillment
- Accurately pick and stage customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and condition prior to shipment
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Shipping
- Prepare orders for shipment, including packing, labeling, and palletizing
- Process shipments through TMS/carrier systems (e.g., LTL, parcel)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with shipping procedures
- Load trucks or containers while adhering to safety protocols
Receiving
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Unload materials from trucks or containers while adhering to safety protocols
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues
- Accurately receive inventory into the system
Inventory Control
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
- Maintain accurate bin locations and inventory records
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies
General Warehouse Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Perform order picking and packing to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Assist with construction or manufacturing tasks as needed within the warehouse setting
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, picking) preferred
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Proficiency with order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions (temperature may vary)
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM overtime as needed.
Pay: $20-21 per hour
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, etc. will be given post completion of probation period
