Stiles Productions is a growing full-service social media and content production agency specializing in strategy, content creation, in-house production, talent management, and social media execution based in Vancouver. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Agency Operations & Project Manager to help keep our projects, clients, and team running smoothly.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be the operational hub of the agency, ensuring that client projects move seamlessly from concept to delivery. You'll work closely with our Founder, Head of Strategy, creative team, talent, and clients to coordinate timelines, manage workflows, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.This is not a traditional corporate project management role. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, understands the realities of content production and social media marketing, and enjoys bringing order to moving pieces without slowing down creativity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-focused, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They can anticipate challenges before they arise, communicate effectively with both clients and creatives, and build systems that help our agency scale efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Managing project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple clients
- Coordinating content production schedules, shoots, and post-production workflows
- Overseeing content calendars and social media deliverables
- Managing client communications, approvals, and project updates
- Coordinating with talent, creators, contractors, and internal team members
- Tracking project progress and identifying potential bottlenecks
- Building and improving agency workflows, processes, and operational systems
- Maintaining project management platforms and ensuring team accountability
- Supporting agency leadership by keeping projects organized and on track
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project management, account management, operations, or production coordination within a marketing, creative, social media, production, or agency environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Slack
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, talent management, or content production
- Experience coordinating photo and video productions
- Familiarity with content approval workflows and social media publishing processes
- Experience building or improving operational systems and workflows
- Understanding of creative production timelines and deliverables
- Experience managing freelancers, creators, contractors, or external vendors

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
