Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, coloring, styling, and hair treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Offer expert consultations to clients, ensuring they receive the best services based on their preferences, hair type, and lifestyle.
- Stay current with the latest trends in hair fashion, coloring techniques, and styling tools.
- Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging return visits and maintaining a loyal customer base.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional hairstyling experience.
- Trade license required
- Proven experience with a range of haircuts, coloring techniques, and treatments.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment while delivering exceptional client experiences.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to continue learning and improving.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
