We are currently seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Business Patrner to support the Operations business unit. This role may be based in our Mississauga, ON, Calgary, AB, or Montréal, QC offices.
- Support recruitment and staffing activities across the business.
- Develop and implement recruitment best practices on a national scale.
- Manage and support the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with business leaders to improve hiring efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver trusted, value-added recruitment support.
- Take ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s values and employer brand.
- Monitor and audit external job postings to maintain brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet business needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Source candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and strategies.
- Support ongoing recruitment initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and effectiveness.
- Recommend new sourcing methods and channels, including projected ROI and business impact.
- Provide input on recruitment and retention strategies with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and hiring managers to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing and talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment and direct collaboration with hiring managers.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, and Google.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Indeed and SuccessFactors is considered an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) to support collaboration across provinces and national initiatives.
