Core Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Strategically coordinate, prioritize, and resolve conflicts in the schedule. Assisting with the scheduling of Water, Septic and Service Calls
- Marketing: Focuses on the day-to-day execution of marketing plans, managing social media, writing content, and assisting with campaign tracking
- Digital Marketing: Specializes in online channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Ads (SEM), email marketing, and web analytics
- Marketing Management: Responsible for strategizing, budgeting, and overseeing the execution of broad promotional campaigns and brand positioning.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, gather briefing materials, set up conference technology, and record meeting minutes.
- Project & Event Coordination: Track deliverables for special projects and organize internal or off-site company meetings.
- Information Governance: Manage filing systems and handle highly sensitive/confidential company information with discretion.
- Answering Telephones: Screening, answering, and forwarding incoming calls to the appropriate staff or departments.
- Customer Service: Problem solving skills, patience, attentiveness, Emotional intelligence
- Handling Inquiries: Providing basic, accurate information to clients in person, over the phone, or via email.
- AR/AP Assistant: Assist in Accounts Payable and Account Receivable activities
- Bookkeeping: Experience in Sage an asset
Essential Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, Sage, Field Pulse, Site Docs, WHATS App, ETC.).
- Information Management: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to process data and maintain records.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
