Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed 310S Automotive Mechanic who is motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a wide range of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks on light-duty vehicles. As part of our team, you will work efficiently under pressure, collaborate with colleagues, and deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of makes and models in a professional shop environment.
- Perform mechanical work including but not limited to: engine repair, transmission and driveline service, suspension & steering, brakes, electrical systems, AC/heat, diagnostics & troubleshooting.
- Complete work orders, accurately log time and parts usage, and maintain clear and timely documentation.
- Ensure quality and safety of completed work, following industry standards and workshop procedures.
- Communicate with service advisors and the team regarding repair progress, estimations, and customer concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to the overall efficiency of the shop.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a valid Ontario 310S certification (Automotive Service Technician – Journeyperson).
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with modern automotive systems and tools.
- 3+ years of experience (preferred) in a full-service automotive repair shop setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and professional development.

Work Schedule
- Primarily full-time, Monday to Friday
- On-call or overtime may be required during seasonal peaks or special projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
