Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mixer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately mixing ingredients according to specified recipes and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the mixing process. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the required specifications and are delivered on time.
Duties
- Prepare and measure ingredients as per production recipes.
- Operate mixing equipment, ensuring proper settings and maintenance.
- Monitor the mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of the product.
- Conduct regular quality checks on mixed products, documenting results as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during the mixing process.
- Follow all company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including overtime when required.
