Customer Service & Office Coordinator
$19/hour + Weekly Performance Bonus
We’re looking for a highly organized and people-focused Customer Service & Office Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is primarily office-based, with a strong focus on handling inbound customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from first contact to booked service.
We generate a moderate to high volume of inbound leads daily (40-50 per day). Your role is to guide customers, build trust, and help convert inquiries into scheduled work while keeping operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service inquiries
- Guide customers through options and recommend appropriate services
- Convert inquiries into booked jobs through clear, confident communication
- Follow up with pending leads and unbooked inquiries
- Support scheduling and basic office/admin coordination
- Maintain organized notes and ensure accurate customer records
Performance Focus
- Target close rate: 40% on inbound leads
- Success comes from consistency, clarity, and strong customer experience
- You’ll have a steady pipeline of 50+ inbound calls per day
Pay & Bonus Structure
- $25/hour base pay
- Weekly performance bonuses based on closed and completed bookings
- Higher performance = higher weekly bonus payouts
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator who can confidently guide conversations
- Organized and reliable with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits
Ideal Background
- Customer service, dispatch, or call center experience with a focus on sales
- Appointment booking or coordination experience
- Experience in home services is an asset
