About Anvil
For over a decade, Anvil has built intelligence platforms for Canada and NATO allies — data and information management tools designed for the people making decisions in complex, high-stakes environments. We are part of the first generation of Canadian defence technology companies working toward genuine defence sovereignty, and we hire people who care about that mission. We are Canada’s sovereign intelligence capability and the vanguard of Canadian defence renewal.
Job Type: Full Time Hybrid (Ottawa)
While this is a hybrid role with opportunities for flexible work, the nature of the role will likely necessitate working in the Anvil office multiple times a week, with the possibility of being in the office up to 5 days during peak periods.
Total Compensation: CAD $75,000-85,000 base salary — placement within range based on experience and qualifications.
Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy at Anvil. We are actively hiring for this role.
The Role
As Operations & Executive Coordinator, you will provide key support to our senior leadership team - including the CEO, CFO, and COO - along with our marketing function. You will work closely with our COO who will set your priorities and direction.
