Job Description
We are seeking motivated and engaging Activity Coordinators to support international high school groups participating in educational and recreational programs this summer. The position begins immediately and runs until mid-August. The successful candidate will foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports student learning, creativity, and social development. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to youth programming while developing strong leadership and intercultural communication skills.
The Activity Coordinators will work closely with students aged 14–18 and collaborate with staff and chaperones to ensure a safe and enriching program experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging educational and recreational activities
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with group chaperones and staff
- Ensure all activities comply with established safety standards and organizational policies
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead group activities with enthusiasm and patience
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Creative and adaptable, with the ability to meet diverse needs and interests
- Native level of English skills
