Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various machining processes. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality components, ensuring that all operations are performed efficiently and safely. Primarily responsible for ensuring raw parts are correctly loaded into machines, with finished parts meeting quality standards.

Job Responsibilties
- Operating machinery/equipment by loading single or multiple parts.
- Troubleshooting equipment/tooling within scope of responsibility.
- Being flexible and open to assignments in other areas as required.
- Supporting and training workers in machine specific training.
- Performing visual inspection and documenting all quality aspects.
Requirements
- Previous machine operator, CNC, robotic equipment experience is an asset.
- You must pass controlled goods security assessment prior to starting
- Flexibility in shift work, with the ability to adapt to rotating schedules.
- Capability to work effectively in noisy and dusty manufacturing environments
Rotating Schedule Hours (every 2 weeks)
We operate Mon-Fri on a 2-week rotating shift pattern of three shifts, which includes:
- Days 7:30am to 3:30pm
- Afternoons 3:30pm to 11:30pm
- Nights 11:30pm to 7:30 am
To register with the Controlled Goods Program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be either a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
- Must have worked in Canada the last 5+ years.
- Must have not left Canada for more than 6 months in the last 5 years.
- Must be willing to pass a clean criminal background.
