Join Our Landscape Crew!
We're looking for a hard-working, reliable Team Member to join our crew. If you love working outside, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and want to learn the ins and outs of landscape construction, we want to hear from you. We work on both residential and commercial properties, transforming ordinary yards into amazing outdoor spaces.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Softscaping: Planting trees, shrubs and flowers, laying down fresh sod, and prepping soil.
- Hardscaping: Helping construct hardscape features like patios, walkways, firepits and retaining walls
- Site Maintenance: Keeping job sites clean and safe, and doing quick checks on our tools to make sure they're running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- The Right Attitude: You need to be ready for hard physical work in all kinds of weather.
- Experience: Any background in gardening, landscaping, or construction is a huge plus—but it is not a dealbreaker. If you're willing to learn, we are happy to train you.
- Basic Tool knowledge: It helps if you already know your way around standard power and hand tools.
- Bonus Points: If you know how to operate a Mini-Skid or good at basic mechanical troubleshooting, definitely let us know.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
