Job Overview
We are looking for motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help generate roofing leads for residential re-roofs, roof repairs, roof cleaning, and related services.
This role is focused on speaking with homeowners, identifying potential roofing needs, and setting qualified appointments for our estimating team. You do not need to close the sale yourself. Your main responsibility is to book quality appointments with homeowners who are interested in getting a roofing estimate.
This is a commission-based role with additional pay for every qualified lead that sits for an appointment.
Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners about roofing services, including re-roofs, repairs, and roof cleaning
- Identify homeowners who may need roofing work or a free estimate
- Set qualified appointments for our roofing estimators
- Accurately collect homeowner contact information and appointment details
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully
- Follow all company scripts, guidelines, and local door-to-door rules
- Communicate daily updates on leads and booked appointments

- Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door

- Able to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude
- Organized with basic follow-up and communication skills
- Interested in sales, home services, or construction
Skills
- Previous sales, door-to-door, customer service, or canvassing experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Roofing or home improvement knowledge is a bonus, but training will be provided

Compensation
This is a commission based role, with a bonus per qualified lead that attends their appointment.
