Bodiworks is a busy multi-disciplinary wellness clinic located in the newly developed Jensen Lakes in North St. Albert.
We offer a welcoming and comfortable space for injury rehabilitation and overall wellness. We take pride in providing one-on-one care in an unhurried setting, with private treatment rooms and longer appointment times to ensure each patient receives the attention they need. Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a varied caseload, supporting patients in restoring movement and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver treatment including manual therapy, IMS needling (if qualified), electrotherapy, shockwave therapy, and exercise prescription
- Provide clear patient education to support recovery and long-term results
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Support injury prevention and promote overall wellness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Certification in Acupuncture, IMS, Dry needling and Manual Therapy
- Maintains appropriate Liability Insurance
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to participate in marketing and community events to promote services
Preferred assets:
- Experience in concussion and/or vestibular rehabilitation (or interest in developing these skills)
- McKenzie Method (MDT) training
- TMJ rehabilitation experience
- Strong Hands-on Therapy skills
