Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate POS systems, accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
- Manage food and beverage orders efficiently to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including food preparation stations.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety standards.
- Assist with serving food items, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista required.
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and food safety standards is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.10-$23.00 per hour
