The Role
We’re looking for an Inside Sales / Estimator who can confidently handle both client-facing conversations and technical estimating.
This role sits at the front of the business — reviewing leads, preparing estimates, and helping convert opportunities into signed projects.

Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Review inbound leads and respond to client inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls to understand scope, budget, and timeline
- Follow up on estimates and guide clients toward moving forward
- Maintain and update CRM with lead activity and status
- Work toward monthly conversion and engagement targets
Estimating & Coordination
- Review drawings and project details to prepare accurate estimates
- Communicate with trades and suppliers to gather pricing
- Attend occasional site visits for measurements and project understanding
- Assist with budgets, revisions, and change orders
- Support a smooth transition from estimate to active project
Project Support
- Assist with proposals, invoices, and documentation
- Maintain organized records, notes, and client communication
- Support coordination between sales, estimating, and project teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in construction estimating, inside sales, or project coordination
- Experience in residential renovations or custom homes preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction plans
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient with Excel, email, and CRM systems
- Experience with Joist, Buildertrend, Billdr or similar is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
