Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role involves engaging potential customers directly at their homes or businesses to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively reach a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective clients in assigned territories
- Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and optimize outreach strategies
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in all interactions
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates to enhance sales techniques
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or direct sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer service principles
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
- Technical sales experience or background in technology sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Prior inside sales or business development experience will be beneficial
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate persistence, and adapt to different customer needs
